When you think of a CPA firm, you commonly think of the accountants and tax preparers hard at work this tax season; working long hours at their desk to make sure each return is filed in a timely fashion. However, behind the scenes of each CPA firm is another group of workers; the ones with less recognition, but just as much responsibility. On this month’s “Staff Spotlight”, we are proud to introduce Stephanie Noeldner, Administrative Assistant!
As our Administrative Assistant, Stephanie is responsible for anything related to our client portal, including processing organizers and other tax documents. If you aren’t familiar with our portal, it allows our clients to submit their tax documents right from the comfort of their own home through the Baker Holtz website! Stephanie is also the one and only billing specialist, making sure that each invoice is issued and its payment processed.
When Stephanie isn’t hard at work making sure all documents are taken care of, she enjoys reading and listening to podcasts, mostly relating to murder mystery. Before you think she may moonlight as a crime specialist, she enjoys murder mystery because in the end of each story, justice always prevails. (Phew!) Stephanie also adopted her first dog this year and enjoys playing and spending time with her Shichon pup, Parker.
Stephanie loves helping other people, in whatever manor that may be. So when it came to becoming an Administrative Assistant; she says the career chose her, not the other way around. Although growing up she always wanted to be a teacher, Stephanie has found the same passions in her work here at Baker Holtz that inspired her to want to be a teacher in the first place: helping others. Administrative work allows her to assist both the clients as well as other staff members in various ways throughout her day.
When it comes to working here at Baker Holtz, she enjoys the constructive atmosphere; everyone is here to help everyone. She also enjoys the emphasis that Baker Holtz has on work-life balance. She says, “Baker Holtz supports your life inside work as well as your personal life outside of it”.
